Returns & Refunds

We take care in what we make and how it leaves the brewery. The guidance below explains how returns and refunds work at Field + Theory.


Beer & consumable products

Due to the nature of beer and other consumable products, we’re unable to accept returns.

Once beer has left our care, we can’t guarantee how it has been stored or handled, and for that reason we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on beer.

That said, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please get in touch. If there’s a problem with your order, it’s our problem too, and we’ll always look to put things right.


Apparel & non-consumable items

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on apparel items, provided that:

  • The item is unworn

  • It is returned in its original, unopened packaging

  • All labels and tags remain intact

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.


How to arrange a return

If you’d like to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
