Roots is a modern mild shaped by heritage + restraint. Built on heritage barley, dark + gently roasted malts bring flavours of toasted grain, soft cocoa + subtle nut, with a light touch of dried fruit. Low in strength but rich in character, it’s a beer that rewards slower drinking; reflective, grounding, + deeper than it first appears.
